The 2026 x4 Pro
The Foundation
The x4 Pro race car is based on the highly successful Ligier JS F4 chassis, which was originally the USA-designed and built Crawford F4. This foundation is exceptional, as the chassis was the exclusive model for the F4 U.S. Championship from 2016 through 2024, proving its speed and reliability when paired with its Honda-built engine.
The x4 Pro takes these strong, proven characteristics and elevates the car’s performance and safety through several key enhancements.
Enhancements

SAFETY
The J-LO Cockpit Protection System (CPS) was developed and fabricated to meet strict safety regulations and material standards. This system successfully passed destructive testing at a premier impact facility that’s also used by top-tier racing teams for safety certification. During these tests, the J-LO withstood over 22,000 lbs of pressure.
RSR is currently the only UK company, outside of F1 racing teams, that builds its own CPS to these high safety standards. This version of the J-LO was specifically designed to fit the Honda-powered F4 chassis in the USA.

MODERN WHEEL & DATA
AiM Steering Wheel / Data / Camera
Integrated Data Logger and Display: It features a built-in 4GB data logger and a high-contrast, fully configurable 4.3″ TFT display that is readable in sunlight. The display can show dozens of channels of data from the vehicle’s ECU, including RPM, speed, gear, temperatures, and pressures.
New data system allows for additional driving tools that the original GEMS system did not feature. Improved readability, and better on-track and off-track information management.

WINGS & THINGS
The x4 Pro will receive minor aerodynamic updates to enhance both its performance and aesthetics.
In the future, mild engine upgrades and specialized tuning will also be made available to help the car meet strict sound requirements during competition while providing a better, more refined driving experience.
